Cloud House is a forest retreat in Rancho Redondo, San José. For more than two years we have told people what it feels like to stay there, and turned it into a venue for weddings and events too.
It isn't about showing pretty cabins. It's about what happens there: waking up to birdsong, looking out at the forest, sitting by the fire with friends or family.
We make the social content with real photos, videos of the surroundings and words from guests, so people understand it is an experience, not just a place to sleep.
We also built the strategy to fill it as a wedding and events venue, where couples can say "yes" surrounded by nature.
Over time we moved the communication into English, because the audience is international. Today every caption, video and post is written for people looking for luxury experiences in Costa Rica.
